CASCO CALOTTA
The glass fiber directly processed (Schuberth Direct Fiber Processing), combined with a special resin, is compressed in the high-pressure vacuum to form an exceptionally robust helmet cap, but extraordinarily light.The fiberglass cap is reinforced with a carbon fiber layer for better shock absorption and lightness.
INTERNAL CALOGUE
The new EPS material ensures better shock absorption and a better shape of the cap, thanks to two different density for the central part and for the sides.The new concept of Schuberth Individual seamless lining allows for better customization.
INNOVATION SYSTEM
The innovative internal ventilation system introduced with C5 marks a new benchmark in the sector.The driver's head thermoregulation now reaches unparalleled levels thanks to the combined action of a system of free channels dug on the inner surface of the EPS and not covered by the padding, and the innovative rear spoiler that acts as a hot air extractor.
