Shipments and returns
Shipping of your parcel
Packages are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT/DPD with tracking. Any type of shipment you choose, we will provide you a link to track your parcel online. The package will arrive at destination within 2-5 working days.
Shipping costs include handling and packing charges and postal charges. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your articles in one order. There is no possibility to group two separate orders made separately, so shipping charges will be charged for each of them.
The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected, we will pay special attention to fragile objects. Sending the order is the responsibility of the customer, shipments do not include insurance (to obtain shipment listing + insurance you need to contact us). In order to change the delivery address after the order has been processed, you must contact us by email. The service will have an additional cost.
All bikes are shipped SMONTATE and secured in a safe packaging.
If the parcel arrives damaged, it is important to accept with reserve.
N.B. insured shipments that have arrived damaged do not have value if they are accepted without requiring the control reserve to the courier
For the purchase of Scooter/Moto the shipping cost and the property registration/passage costs are to be considered aside, the shipping cost is to be required to an operator.
Return of an order
You can make a return and request a refund only and only within 14 days of receiving the order. There are no charges for the operation. The return shipment is to the customer. In order to be able to correctly conclude the return and its consequent refund, it is essential that within the package we are provided the transport document and the relative tax receipt. These documents are always inside the package. If not found within the packaging, please contact us to avoid problems with any return or warranty. In case the product is defective and a guarantee intervention is necessary, within 2 years of order, it is important to contact us to solve the discomfort. The shipping costs of defective products are to be understood to be borne by the buyer, the warranty can be made through any retailer of the purchased brand, it is not so necessary that the parcel is shipped to RoadHouse Motorcycle, the transport costs covered in warranty are those of return between the store and the manufacturer.
In order to proceed with the refund, the parcel must be shipped in an appropriate packaging, with well-insured items inside. The items inside must necessarily be provided with a tag, original packaging and any paperwork. We will not accept returns of packages sent in the simple packaging of the product (e.g. a pair of shoes sent directly with the shoe box, free of additional packaging).
The best conditions to pass a return are:
-cartellino (if there is) still intact;
-carts still inside (e.g. paper in shoes);
-original packaging of the article integrates;
-continue and attached transport document;
-absence of any defect or sign due to the use of the article.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of shipping is a cost paid to the courier offering a service, therefore it is not possible to be refunded.
The return can be made for any reason. If the electronic item is returned, it must never have been turned on. Return and refund cannot be made after the use of items with consequent wear marks, aesthetic or functional defects.
Once the return is properly ascertained, the refund will be credited within 14 days of the request.
